- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg (or 2 tbsp egg whites)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tsp mini chocolate chips or berries
Instructions
- Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug.
- Mix protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder in a small bowl.
- Whisk milk, egg, sweetener, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Add optional mix-ins.
- Pour into mug and microwave 60–90 seconds.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with toppings.
