Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg (or 2 tbsp egg whites)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tsp mini chocolate chips or berries

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Mix protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, egg, sweetener, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Add optional mix-ins.
  5. Pour into mug and microwave 60–90 seconds.
