- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream, simmer gently.
- Whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Toss pasta and chicken in the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
