Description

A rich, moist and deeply chocolate Homemade Chocolate Cake made with simple pantry ingredients. Perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, and cozy dessert moments.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and grease pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Slowly add boiling water.
  6. Pour into pans evenly.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before frosting.
