- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease pans.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth.
- Slowly add boiling water.
- Pour into pans evenly.
- Bake 30–35 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting.
