- 24 mini sausages
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- Optional sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut into strips.
- Place one mini sausage at the end of each strip and roll gently.
- Arrange seam-side down on the tray.
- Whisk egg with water and brush lightly over each piece.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use mild sausages for younger children. These can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until baking. Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
