Description

This Light & Airy Vanilla Mug Cake in a Cup is my favorite quick and comforting dessert. Made in minutes with simple ingredients, it’s fluffy, sweet, and perfect for cozy moments at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, sprinkles, fresh berries, powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir gently until combined.
