- 1 pound ground turkey or beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Steam cauliflower until tender; mash with cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add ground meat and seasonings; cook until browned.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Layer meat in a baking dish, top with mashed cauliflower, sprinkle cheeses.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden. Garnish and serve.
Notes
