Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Add remaining olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, cook 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Toss in zucchini noodles and cooked chicken. Stir to combine for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
