Description

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 120 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 80 g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 50 g white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar until fully combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Sift flour, matcha powder, and salt, then fold into batter gently.
  6. Stir in macadamia nuts and optional white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.
  9. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
