Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder, sifted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Sift matcha powder into the mixture and fold gently.
  6. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 22–25 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly, melt white chocolate, and drizzle over brownies.
  9. Let set before slicing and serving.
