- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift matcha powder into the mixture and fold gently.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 22–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly, melt white chocolate, and drizzle over brownies.
- Let set before slicing and serving.
