Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate, stir until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in flour and salt. Spread brownie batter in pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add egg, vanilla, and matcha powder.
  6. Dollop cheesecake mixture over brownie batter and swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate before slicing.
