- 120g unsalted butter, melted
- 150g white chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
- 200g sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
- 200g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100ml milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8 inch pan.
- Melt butter and white chocolate, then cool slightly.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until frothy.
- Fold in melted chocolate mixture.
- Sift flour, matcha, and salt, then fold into batter. Add milk if needed.
- Pour into pan and top with extra white chocolate chips.
- Bake 25–30 mins until edges are set, center slightly wobbly.
- Cool completely before slicing.
