Description

This No-Bake Strawberry Tart is a fresh, creamy dessert made with a buttery biscuit crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and juicy strawberries. Light, refreshing, and easy to prepare without baking, it’s perfect for summer days and special occasions.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits finely.
  2. Mix with melted butter and sugar.
  3. Press into tart pan and chill.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice.
  6. Whip cream to soft peaks.
  7. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spread over crust.
  9. Top with sliced strawberries.
  10. Brush with jam and chill 3 hours.

Notes

Always chill before serving. You can swap strawberries with other berries. Add lemon zest for extra freshness.
