- 24 mini cocktail sausages
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to ¼-inch thickness. Cut into 2×3 inch rectangles.
- Place a mini sausage at the edge of each rectangle. Optionally add mustard.
- Roll the dough around the sausage and seal edges. Place seam-side down on a lined baking tray.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
