Description

This creamy, cheesy, and spicy party-size Buffalo chicken dip is perfect for game days, parties, or family gatherings. Made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce, it’s a crowd-pleasing favorite that brings everyone together.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: sliced green onions, extra shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; stir to coat.
  4. Fold in half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer to greased 9×13-inch baking dish; spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake 25–30 mins until bubbly and golden.
  8. Optional: broil 2–3 mins for crisp cheese crust.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience. Fully soften cream cheese for smooth texture. Leftovers can be stored up to 4 days in the fridge and reheated before serving.
