This creamy, cheesy, and spicy party-size Buffalo chicken dip is perfect for game days, parties, or family gatherings. Made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce, it’s a crowd-pleasing favorite that brings everyone together.

- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: sliced green onions, extra shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, melted butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; stir to coat.
- Fold in half the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to greased 9×13-inch baking dish; spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 25–30 mins until bubbly and golden.
- Optional: broil 2–3 mins for crisp cheese crust.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience. Fully soften cream cheese for smooth texture. Leftovers can be stored up to 4 days in the fridge and reheated before serving.
