Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and trim edges.
- Cut each sheet into 20 strips.
- Place a mini sausage at the end of each strip and roll to seal.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, leaving space between pieces.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving with dips.

Chill dough slightly before cutting for clean edges. Freeze uncooked pigs in a blanket on a tray, then bake from frozen. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
