Description

Ingredients

  • 900 g frozen meatballs
  • 1 can (400 g) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 240 ml pineapple juice
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen meatballs directly to the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  4. Scatter the pineapple chunks over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring once if possible.
