- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseed, and salt in a large bowl.
- Warm peanut butter and honey for 20–30 seconds, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until sticky.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Toast oats for extra flavor. Add more oats if dough is sticky. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
