Description

These protein balls for everyday energy are quick, easy, and packed with nutrients. Made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder, they’re perfect for mornings, afternoons, or post-workout fuel. Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds (if using), and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour wet mixture over dry mixture; stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
