Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds (if using), and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour wet mixture over dry mixture; stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
