- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix oats, protein powder, flaxseed, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until sticky but firm.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls.
- Place on parchment-lined tray and chill 30 minutes.
