Ingredients

- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and sea salt in a medium bowl.
- Warm peanut butter and honey over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and pour into dry ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly and fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls (12–15 total).
- Place on parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Toast oats for extra flavor. Chill mixture if sticky before rolling. Substitute nut butter for a nut-free option. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 3 months.
