Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  2. Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt; stir until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop and roll mixture into 1-tablespoon balls.
  5. Optional: Roll in coconut, cocoa, or crushed nuts.
  6. Chill in fridge for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
