Description

These no bake protein balls are soft, satisfying, and incredibly easy to make. I mix simple pantry ingredients into a nourishing snack that’s perfect for busy days, meal prep, or sweet cravings without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Roll into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or texture as needed. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for longer storage.
