- 24 mini sausages
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional)
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into even strips.
- Wrap each sausage with pastry and place seam-side down.
- Brush with egg wash and add toppings if desired.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold for best results. These can be assembled ahead and frozen unbaked. Reheat leftovers in the oven for crispiness.
