- 150g caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp high-quality matcha powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Whisk sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Fold melted chocolate-butter mixture into the eggs carefully.
- Sift matcha over batter and fold in until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 20–25 mins until top is set but center slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
