Description

Quick 5-Ingredient Matcha Brownies are fudgy, rich, and easy to make. Perfect for cozy afternoons, this simple recipe uses only butter, dark chocolate, sugar, eggs, and matcha powder. A delightful treat for family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp high-quality matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth; let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold melted chocolate-butter mixture into the eggs carefully.
  5. Sift matcha over batter and fold in until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
  7. Bake 20–25 mins until top is set but center slightly soft.
  8. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes
