Description

Creamy, comforting, and quick to make, this Quick Chicken Alfredo Pasta is perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender chicken and fettuccine noodles are coated in a rich, cheesy Alfredo sauce, making a dish your whole family will love.


Ingredients

  • 300g fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. Sauté chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked; remove from skillet.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, simmer 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese; add nutmeg.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, stir to coat in sauce.
  7. Add pasta, toss with sauce, loosen with reserved water if needed.
  8. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for a creamy sauce.
  • Leftovers keep in fridge up to 3 days; reheat gently.
