Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto sheets and bake 10β12 minutes.
- Cool on tray 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Ensure butter is softened, not melted. Donβt overmix after adding flour. Slightly underbake for extra gooey centers. Store in airtight container up to 5 days. Freeze dough balls up to 3 months.
