Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and trim asparagus, pat dry.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer.
- Roast 10–12 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over asparagus, roast 2 more minutes until golden.
