Description

This rich and spicy buffalo chicken dip is creamy, bold, and perfect for sharing. Made with shredded chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce, it’s an irresistible appetizer for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Fold in chicken and cheeses.
  4. Spread into greased baking dish.
  5. Bake 25 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.

Notes
