- 12 breakfast sausages
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a tray with parchment.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 rectangles.
- Place one sausage on each rectangle, optionally spread mustard first.
- Roll pastry around sausage and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash (egg + milk).
- Optionally sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve.
