Description

Simple 3-Ingredient Pigs in a Blanket are golden, flaky bites made with puff pastry and mini sausages. Perfect for kids, parties, or cozy snacks, they are quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 8 mini sausages or cocktail sausages
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Roll out puff pastry lightly and cut into rectangles.
  3. Place a sausage on each rectangle and roll to wrap. Seal edges underneath.
  4. Brush tops with beaten egg.
