- 8 mini sausages or cocktail sausages
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Roll out puff pastry lightly and cut into rectangles.
- Place a sausage on each rectangle and roll to wrap. Seal edges underneath.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
