- 150g brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 300g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 5 cm apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers soft.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for best texture.
- Chill dough to prevent spreading.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top for flavor enhancement.
