Description

Ingredients

  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 150g brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 375g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 300g semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 5 cm apart.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers soft.
  8. Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
