Description

This simple homemade buffalo chicken dip is creamy, cheesy, and full of bold buffalo flavor. Made with shredded chicken and easy ingredients, it’s perfect for parties, game nights, or cozy evenings at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and most of the cheese.
  5. Spread into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
