- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and most of the cheese.
- Spread into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
