- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions
- Wash and dry the baby spinach thoroughly.
- Hull and slice the strawberries evenly.
- Toast sliced almonds in a dry skillet for 3–5 minutes until golden.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- In a large salad bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, and feta.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle toasted almonds on top and serve immediately.
