Description

My Simple Strawberry Spinach Salad is a fresh and colorful mix of baby spinach, sweet strawberries, crumbled feta, and toasted almonds, tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette. Quick, easy, and perfect for a healthy meal or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry spinach, hull and slice strawberries, slice red onion.
  2. Toast almonds in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Combine spinach, strawberries, and onions in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle feta and almonds on top.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Toast almonds for extra flavor. Use the freshest strawberries available. Keep dressing separate if prepping ahead. Best served fresh, not reheated.
