My Simple Strawberry Spinach Salad is a fresh and colorful mix of baby spinach, sweet strawberries, crumbled feta, and toasted almonds, tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette. Quick, easy, and perfect for a healthy meal or side dish.

- 6 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry spinach, hull and slice strawberries, slice red onion.
- Toast almonds in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes.
- Combine spinach, strawberries, and onions in a bowl.
- Sprinkle feta and almonds on top.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Toast almonds for extra flavor. Use the freshest strawberries available. Keep dressing separate if prepping ahead. Best served fresh, not reheated.
