- 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons water (optional)
Instructions
- Remove the green tops, rinse, and pat strawberries dry.
- Place strawberries in a blender. Add lemon juice and water if desired.
- Blend until silky smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Optional: strain through a fine mesh sieve for extra smoothness.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use ripe, fragrant strawberries for best flavor. Add a natural sweetener if strawberries are tart. Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
