Description

This Smooth Strawberry Purée Without Sugar is naturally sweet, silky, and perfect for breakfast, yogurt, smoothies, or dessert toppings. Made from fresh strawberries and optional lemon juice, it’s a simple, healthy, and refreshing treat for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 12 tablespoons water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove the green tops, rinse, and pat strawberries dry.
  2. Place strawberries in a blender. Add lemon juice and water if desired.
  3. Blend until silky smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Optional: strain through a fine mesh sieve for extra smoothness.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
