Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 packet (7g) instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let foam.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Mix to form dough.
  3. Knead dough until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover, and rise 1–1.5 hours.
  4. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter for filling.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling.
  6. Roll tightly into a log, cut into 12 rolls. Place in greased pan.
  7. Cover and rise 30–45 mins.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins.
  9. Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk for icing.
  10. Drizzle icing over warm rolls.
