- 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1 packet (7g) instant yeast
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let foam.
- Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs. Mix to form dough.
- Knead dough until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover, and rise 1–1.5 hours.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter for filling.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling.
- Roll tightly into a log, cut into 12 rolls. Place in greased pan.
- Cover and rise 30–45 mins.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 mins.
- Whisk powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls.
