Description

This Strawberry Brownie Sheet Cake combines fudgy chocolate brownies with fresh, juicy strawberries and a light whipped cream topping. Simple, comforting, and perfect for sharing with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 200g unsalted butter, melted
  • 250g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 100g white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9×13-inch tray with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into tray, smooth top, and bake 25–30 minutes.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread whipped cream on cooled cake and garnish with strawberry slices.
