- 3 large eggs

- 100g white chocolate chips (optional)
- 150ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9×13-inch tray with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
- Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into tray, smooth top, and bake 25–30 minutes.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream on cooled cake and garnish with strawberry slices.
