- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in sour cream. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon zest until smooth. Dollop over batter and swirl.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
- Optionally, top with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar before serving.
