Instructions
- Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Let sit 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth.
- Add lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Whip double cream to soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into lemon mixture gently.
- Layer biscuits, lemon cream, and strawberries in glasses.
- Repeat layers and finish with cream.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
