Description

  • 80g granulated sugar

  • 23 tbsp water (optional)

Instructions

  2. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until strawberries soften and sugar dissolves.
  3. Add 2–3 tbsp water for desired consistency.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Blend with hand blender for smooth sauce or leave chunky.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon as needed.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
