Description

I make this Strawberry Tart with Mascarpone as a fresh, creamy, and elegant dessert made with buttery tart crust, smooth mascarpone filling, and juicy fresh strawberries. It’s simple yet impressive, perfect for gatherings, tea time, or special family moments.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 23 tbsp cold water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Add egg yolk and water.
  4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake crust until golden.
  6. Whip mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  7. Spread cream into cooled crust.
  8. Top with strawberries.
  9. Brush with glaze and chill.

Notes

Chill dough before baking for a crisp crust. Use fresh strawberries only. Don’t overwhip mascarpone. Assemble close to serving time for best texture.
