Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast corn with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt until golden.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Combine corn, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over pasta and veggies, fold gently.
- Add crumbled feta and fold once more.
- Adjust seasoning, drizzle olive oil, and serve.
