Description

This Sugar-Free Vanilla Mug Cake is a quick, fluffy, and guilt-free treat perfect for solo indulgence or a cozy afternoon. Made with almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and a touch of vanilla, it’s ready in under five minutes and brings comfort in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips or berries

Instructions
