Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken.
  5. Transfer mixture to slow cooker and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring halfway.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Adjust buffalo sauce for your spice preference. Assemble ahead of time for convenience. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
