Description

This Ultimate Game Day Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold buffalo flavor. Perfect for game days, parties, or family gatherings, it combines shredded chicken with cream cheese, ranch, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce for a warm, irresistible dip that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Fold in shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle extra cheddar on top.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbling.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce for preferred spice level. Reheat in microwave or oven for leftovers. Blue cheese crumbles on top add extra flavor.
