Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon chocolate chips, berries, or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; stir until just combined.

Notes
