Description

Celebrate love with this Vanilla Yogurt Parfait with Valentine Toppings. Creamy yogurt layers, fresh berries, crunchy granola, and festive heart-shaped sprinkles make this healthy, fun, and easy to assemble for Valentine’s Day or any special morning.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Valentine-themed toppings: heart-shaped sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, edible glitter
  • Optional: dark chocolate curls or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt with vanilla extract and honey, if needed.
  2. Wash and slice strawberries; keep other berries whole.
  3. Spoon yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
  4. Add a layer of berries.
  5. Sprinkle granola over berries.
  6. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  7. Top with yogurt, berries, and Valentine-themed toppings.
  8. Optional: drizzle with chocolate sauce or add chocolate curls.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for extra creaminess. Add granola just before serving to retain crunch. Sweeten the yogurt lightly   ripe fruit adds natural sweetness. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, brunch, or a fun family breakfast.
