Description

This Vegan Strawberry Tart is a fresh, elegant dairy-free dessert made with a crisp crust, creamy cashew coconut filling, and juicy strawberries. Light, refreshing, and perfect for spring and summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 34 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup soaked cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients and form dough.
  2. Press into tart pan and chill.
  3. Bake until golden.
  4. Blend filling until smooth.
  5. Spread filling into crust.
  6. Top with strawberries.
  7. Chill before serving.
