Description

This Best Summer Fruit Salad is fresh, vibrant, and bursting with natural sweetness. I combine juicy seasonal fruits with a light honey-lime dressing to create a refreshing dish that feels like sunshine in every bite. It’s perfect for picnics, brunches, or a healthy dessert everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. I wash all the fruits thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. I cut strawberries, watermelon, mango, and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  3. I slice the kiwi and halve the grapes.
  4. I place all the fruits into a large mixing bowl.
  5. I whisk together lime juice and honey in a small bowl.
  6. I pour the dressing over the fruit.
  7. I gently toss everything to combine without crushing the fruit.
  8. I garnish with fresh mint leaves for extra freshness.
  9. I chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

I always use ripe, fresh fruit for the best flavor. I adjust the honey depending on how sweet the fruit is. I add bananas only before serving to prevent browning. I store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container.
