Ingredients
4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned in juice, drained)
2 cups Bisquick original baking mix
1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish generously with butter.
In a large bowl, combine the peaches with 1/2 cup of the sugar and the cinnamon.
Spread the peach mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, and the milk until smooth.
Pour the batter evenly over the peach layer, covering as much surface area as possible.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
Notes
Serve warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
